Cashless terms and conditions

The cashless payment system provided by the organizer and distributed by Weezevent (<a href="https://www.weezevent.com/">https://www.weezevent.com/</a>), 14 rue de l&#39;Est - 21000 Dijon, France (hereinafter &quot;RFID chip issuer&quot;), is the only payment method at MELT Festival. The organizer and the customer (also &quot;RFID chip carrier&quot;) agree on the following:

When purchasing the festival wristband (hence &quot;RFID chip&quot;), the RFID chip issuer and the RFID chip wearer conclude a contract for the use of the RFID chip as a means of payment. By adding credit to the RFID chip, the organizer and the consumer agree to use it as a means of payment under the following criteria. The RFID chip holder and the relevant acceptance points have a separate contract when using their services.

The RFID chip will only be used at the 2023 event. The RFID chip issuer can commission third parties to provide contractual services. Name and e-mail address are personalized on the RFID chip according to the connection between the organizer and the customer. The RFID chip cannot be passed on. The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen RFID chips.

At locations that accept RFID chips, customers can pay without cash. Each payment process reduces the credit on the RFID chip. The RFID chip issuer is not liable for the services of the acceptance points that can be paid for with the RFID chip. Reimbursement services and costs for purchases must be deducted from the credit in a timely manner.

Customers authorize payment orders through the use of RFID chips at acceptance points. The customer must quickly identify and solve any problems with the contractual relationship and acceptance. They do not cause the RFID chip credit to debit the ordered amount. To avoid misuse, the RFID chip owner must handle it carefully. Customers can no longer cancel payment orders once they have been authorized by the acceptance point.

The RFID chip can be charged or recharged via the bracelet. It can be topped up online prior to the event or at designated locations around the venue during event times. The credit limits the use of the RFID chip. The credit limit of the card is 250 euros. Private credit amounts do not earn interest.

The RFID chip can be used for payment at the affiliated acceptance points from receipt until it expires. The remaining credit can be refunded online within four weeks after the event. There is a small fee per transaction for online refunds. Promotional credits/vouchers are non-refundable and will expire after the event.

The customer is responsible for the loss and misuse of the RFID chip. The acceptance points do not check ownership of the RFID chip. The RFID chip issuer reports criminal offenses. Civil claims may be made in certain situations.

German law applies. The seat of the RFID chip issuer in Dijon is the place of jurisdiction for the customer if the place of jurisdiction is not in Germany. The RFID chip carrier receives the data after the purchase in accordance with the GDPR. The customer accepts the privacy policy of the RFID chip issuer.

As previously announced we want to make an additional overnight stay on the MELT camping site possible for all those who do not have the chance to leave on Sunday after the end of the festival.

MELT&nbsp;represents community and ecstasy. Looking at the current crises it is essential to demonstrate solidarity in our society and protect our planet. Promoting both on our camping site is therefore particularly important to us!

In the Green Community Camp, we aim to prove that a considerate treatment of nature goes hand in hand with a strong community. It&#39;s a camp with the focus on social and ecological approaches and a testing site for sustainable measures which could roll out on the whole camping site in the upcoming years.

The Green stands for all the nice things we offer in connection with your Green Community Camp stay!&nbsp; For example: If you travel climate-friendly by bus or train, we will reward you with a welcome drink at the check-in. If you choose to come with your bike, we will give you a free service flat. The list goes on.

Our standard ticket. This gives you access to the festival and camping grounds. The ticket is personalized.&nbsp;

Weekend Ticket [4 Friends]: 
Four standard tickets, for you and three of your friends. This gives you access to the festival and camping grounds. The ticket includes a small discount per ticket, but the sum for all tickets must be paid together. All tickets are personalized. After ordering the tickets, you have to forward the tickets to your friends&#39; DICE accounts. Only when everyone has their ticket in their own DICE account, they will be able to enter the festival! Weekend Plus: 
The Weekend Plus tickets include the following services: camping and parking at the Weekend Plus campsite; Access to fixed water toilets &amp; showers at the VIP campsite; Access to the shuttle and the exclusive stops, fast lane access to the festival site. The Weekend Plus includes a Car/Caravan Camping Ticket. More information will follow shortly!

Day Tickets: 
The Day Tickets are your choice if you are only able to witness a small amount of the MELT 2023 madness! With these tickets, you can dance for up to 25 hours. A Day Ticket is valid from 4pm on the corresponding day, until 5pm on the following day. They are available for Thursday, Friday &amp; Saturday. If you arrive by car, you can purchase a day parking ticket directly on site for 15&euro;.

Addon: Parking &amp; Car/Caravan Camping:

<h2>SUITES</h2>

The suites are approx. 20 square meter tents including beds. These come in various sizes, from 2-4 people per accommodation, and include cots, electricity and mirrors. The suites are located together with the chalets in a separate area of the campsite, which also includes free sanitary facilities, a barbecue station and a 24-hour bar. The shuttles to the campsite are also free.

The chalets are high-quality lockable huts with two single beds and a raised sleeping area for two people (four people in total). These include electricity and a refrigerator. The chalets and the suites are in a separate area of the campsite, which also includes free sanitary facilities, a barbecue station and a 24-hour bar. The shuttles to the campsite are also free.

If you arrive by car, camper van, mobile home or motorbike, you need a separate <a href="https://dice.fm/event/wgqvp-melt-2023-parking-carcaravan-camping-8th-jun-ferropolis-grfenhainichen-tickets">Car Camping Ticket</a>. This allows you to park on our campsites and pitch your tent right next to your vehicle. Camping is only possible for weekend ticket holders. Please note the different parking &amp; camping areas. The Weekend Plus Ticket includes the Car/Caravan Camping ticket.

Please note: If you want to be at the campsite with your friends, agree in advance which vehicles you will be using and which campsite is right for you and your vehicle. Driving on the campsites is only permitted once upon arrival, parking is not possible during the festival. When you leave the campsite, the parking vignette loses its validity.

IMPORTANT: When parking at the campsites and using emergency generators, make sure that exhaust pipes are directed towards the paths and not towards your tent or crowds. Our on-site stewards will point this out again and may take action to ensure that this is enforced.

Failure to meet this requirement can lead to exclusion from the festival and the campsites!

<h3>CAR CAMPING</h3>

This year it is again possible to park your vehicle at the tent.

The respective <a href="https://dice.fm/event/wgqvp-melt-2023-parking-carcaravan-camping-8th-jun-ferropolis-grfenhainichen-tickets">Car Camping Ticket</a>&nbsp;must be exchanged for a vignette when entering the site! The <a href="https://dice.fm/event/65dk3-melt-2023-weekend-tickets-8th-jun-ferropolis-grfenhainichen-tickets">Weekend-Ticket</a>&nbsp;is not included in the price!

Car Camping parking tickets allow access to the camping site with a motorcycle or car with a maximum permissible total weight of 2.8t. It should also be noted that a length of 5.5m is not exceeded. There are designated areas for car camping, so you cannot camp with your car throughout the campsite. So please make arrangements if you want to camp with friends without car camping.&nbsp;On Car camping sites it is possible to camp mixed with caravan camping. It is also possible to set up tents or pavilions there.

Emergency generators are permitted on the campsites! A maximum of 1x 5L canister may be carried per vehicle.

Precise information on the permissible total weight (F.1) and the vehicle length (18) can be found in Part 1 of the registration certificate.

Not allowed: trailers, caravans, coaches, trucks.

<h3>CARAVAN CAMPING</h3>

Caravan Camping tickets allow access with a vehicle or vehicle with a trailer (cartridge) with a maximum permissible total weight of 3.5t and a maximum length of 8m! Access is only permitted to designated caravan camping areas.&nbsp;On caravan camping sites it is possible to camp mixed with car camping. It is also possible to set up tents or pavilions there.

Approved: trailers with associated towing vehicle, mobile homes, caravans with associated towing vehicle, folding trailers with associated towing vehicle and passenger buses with built-in sleeping accommodations.

Please note that there is no water supply on the caravan site.

<h3>PARKING</h3>

The car park is located directly on federal road 107. Parking is only possible for attendees of MELT with a valid ticket, and only with a seperate Parking ticket. The price shown is per vehicle. Overnight stays are not allowed in the parking lot! It is possible to leave and re-access the parking lot with a parking ticket. 
Day ticket holders can purchase a day parking ticket directly on site for 15&euro;.

MELT is a music festival between Berlin and Leipzig, Germany and takes place from 08-11 June 2023. The admission fee is currently 189.95€ for a regular ticket, the 4-Friends-Ticket costs 174.95€. There are also higher-class tickets including tents and houses.

This year, we will have the Festival Shuttle at your service again. The festival shuttle is free for ticket holders and shuttles between MELT Camping site and Gr&auml;fenhainichen train station.

How climate-friendly can your festival stay be and how can we support you?

What awaits you: &nbsp;

	<li>You travel climate-friendly by bus or train? We will reward you with a welcome drink at the check-in.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>You come by bike? We&#39;ll give you a free service flat (more information to follow). With it, you can use our sanitary facilities and shuttle buses free of charge.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

	<li>Experiment: For the first time we try to recycle organic waste directly in Ferropolis. Use the brown garbage cans and we will build a compost in our production area. There your garbage becomes fresh soil. &nbsp;</li>

For the first time this year, you have the chance to apply for the Green Community Camp with your own community idea. There are no limits to your imagination: Theme parties, karaoke, rap battles, tarot card reading, speed dating, beer pong tournament - you name it! &nbsp;The important thing is that the idea should promote community and be in line with our Green Camp guidelines.&nbsp;

We will select the best ideas and implement them together with you at the Green Community Camp. The Green Community Camp is located in the middle of the campsite and guarantees you a central camping spot for the weekend. Besides the integration of your own idea in the program, you have the chance to win tickets for you and your crew for next year.&nbsp;

The Green Community Camp is centrally located on the campsite next to the FAIRopolis area. After the check in at the wristband exchange you will find the entrance directly behind the small forest. On site you can check in at our reception. Show here on your cell phone - please do not print it out - your registration confirmation. Don&#39;t worry if that doesn&#39;t work: your name will also be on our list. Our Green Champs will be happy to help you find a suitable spot.

The less luggage, the easier it is to travel by bus and train or bicycle. For us, sustainability is not a state, but a process. We set out on the path to more sustainability many years ago with the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cO2BURLAgvs" style="color:#000000; text-decoration:underline" target="_blank">MELT ECO</a> initiative because we believe that music and festivals play an important role in social change. At MELT we want to create special moments and bring people together, while at the same time showing attitude and taking responsibility. Our vision is to create experiences that change the world positively and sustainably. 
&nbsp;

When implementing live experiences, we work in a resource-intensive area that has an impact on the environment and people. Music and culture, on the other hand, are essential to life &ndash; they empower us and can be a mouthpiece for a whole movement. Keeping our ecological footprint as small as possible and at the same time promoting social aspects of sustainability is a central concern of the MELT team.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

We are constantly working on critically examining our processes and procedures and improving them with regard to ecological and social responsibility. Whenever possible, we opt for the more sustainable alternative as part of our event planning. We see systemic and financial limitations as challenges that spur us on and can serve as a driver for innovation. MELT should serve as a role model, source of inspiration and creative place - for example through our FAIRopolis Area directly on the camping site. Since 2019, we have created a place there where we raise awareness of various sustainability issues and give NGOs and initiatives a platform. 
 
Our values of openness, passion, respect and responsibility should not only be lived within our team, but also at our festivals. MELT is a colorful and diverse place, a place that primarily leaves traces in the form of beautiful memories and not mountains of rubbish, polluted water or destroyed forest and meadow areas. You are the most important part of our festival, so we need your support and help. On this page you will find tips on what you can do yourself to make our festival more sustainable.&nbsp;

<h2>SUSTAINABILITY - WHAT WE ALREADY IMPLEMENT&nbsp;&nbsp;</h2>

<h3>THE GREEN EURO</h3>

You meet him when you buy your festival ticket &ndash; the &ldquo;Green Euro&rdquo;. It is already included in the price of your ticket: 1 euro is earmarked for sustainability measures. The MELT team doubles this euro again. Half of the resulting budget goes into the development of green infrastructure on the festival site. The second half is donated to an NGO or initiative that the MELT team selects every year. How we spent the money will be made transparent here after the festival.&nbsp; 
&nbsp;

<h3>CLIMATE COMPENSATION&nbsp;</h3>

All MELT 2022 Green Tickets sold offset a total of 452 tons of CO2-eq &ndash; this is a great achievement that you have been a part of. Thanks very much! We want to work on our ecological footprint again in 2023 and will balance it again.&nbsp; 
&nbsp;

<h3>GREEN COMMUNITY CAMP</h3>

The Green Community Camp is a camp with a focus on social and ecological approaches. It is a testing site for sustainable measures which could roll out on the whole camping site in the upcoming years.

<h3>SOCIAL SUSTAINABILITY&nbsp;</h3>

Sustainability is a holistic topic that not only affects ecological issues, but also social aspects. We keep an eye on both, because: everything is connected.&nbsp; 
&nbsp;

<h4>Gender equality and diversity&nbsp;</h4>

We love diversity and celebrate diversity in all its facets. We believe in the different strengths that a diverse team brings together. Individual life development and cultural diversity are in the DNA of music and thus also of MELT. Only together and by treating each other with respect can we realize our vision of an open, non-discriminatory space. 
 
Together with our employees, we create a working atmosphere in which we act independently of personal attributes such as age, sexuality, gender identification, origin, appearance and religion. That is why non-discriminatory language is important to us. All employees use an internal guide for this.&nbsp;

At our events, too, we are continuously working on breaking down barriers that often occur at festivals and other live events. The availability of gender-neutral toilets since 2022 is just a small, but in our opinion important example. &nbsp;

We are also working on a more diverse and gender-sensitive program on stage. That&#39;s why we are in contact with the <a href="https://www.keychange.eu/" style="color:#000000; text-decoration:underline" target="_blank">Keychange Initiative</a>, which is committed to more gender diversity in the music industry.&nbsp; 
Keychange does important work to make the music industry fairer and ensure the stages are represented by diverse voices and perspectives. We believe this is of great importance for a better music industry and society at large. 
We recognize that there is still work to be done to make the music industry a truly inclusive place and we are ready to play our part. We look forward to seeing and hearing more diversity on our stage in the years to come, and we invite all festival-goers to help us achieve this goal.

<h4>Awareness&nbsp;</h4>

We are committed to making all festival goers feel welcome and safe. Please respect the privacy, way of life and opinions of others. Any kind of discrimination has no place at our festival.

	<li>We want all visitors to feel safe and comfortable at MELT. If this is not the case for you, if you need to talk or need a safe retreat, our awareness team is on site for you. You can find out more information about the retreats and the concept here or via our social media channels and of course on site.</li>
	<li>At&nbsp;MELT we are implementing the awareness concept &ldquo;Where is Panama?&rdquo; around. Saying this code phrase to a staff member or awareness team member will immediately take you to a Safer Space. Important: You don&rsquo;t have to use this sentence to get help, you can also ask all colleagues at&nbsp;MELT&nbsp;directly for the awareness team or a safer space.&nbsp;</li>

<h4>Accessibility&nbsp;</h4>

MELT is for everyone! For many years we have been implementing an on-site accessibility concept in cooperation with the <a href="https://kulth-ev.jimdofree.com/" style="color:#000000; text-decoration:underline" target="_blank">KulTh e.V. / Accessible Festival</a>. In addition to public stands, access routes and toilets for people with walking disabilities, this naturally also includes a barrier-free camping offer. You will find more information about this shortly under this link.&nbsp; 
&nbsp;

<h4>Cooperations with NGOs and initiatives&nbsp;</h4>

	<li>Cooperation with various NGOs has been firmly anchored in the MELT concept for many years.</li>
	<li>In our FAIRopolis area we rely on infotainment &amp; Environmental education: Numerous NGOs and initiatives present themselves here. You can find out more about this area here.</li>
	<li>Through guest list contributions and remaining amounts, we have been able to support numerous initiatives and NGOs with donations in recent years. In 2022 we were able to distribute &euro;6,394.97 to regional and national initiatives with&nbsp;MELT.

<h4>Strengthening of the region&nbsp;&nbsp;</h4>

MELT belongs to Ferropolis. In order to strengthen the region and keep logistical routes short, we mainly use regional products and suppliers. Further cooperations with local, cultural, social or ecological organizations are currently planned.

<h3>ECOLOGICAL SUSTAINABILITY&nbsp;</h3>

Waste &amp; Recyclables

<ul style="list-style-type:square">
	<li>In general, the following applies to us: reusable before disposable before and after the stage</li>
	<li>We avoid single-use plastic and also ask our brand partners to refrain from giveaways that cause additional waste.</li>
	<li>There is strict waste separation on our festival field and behind the scenes</li>
	<li>We also want to establish careful handling of rubbish on the campsite: through trash walks, the Green Camp and our rubbish deposit.</li>
	<li>In order not to waste paper unnecessarily, we have digital ticketing</li>
	<li>Our flows of recyclable materials are tracked at the festival so that they can be better understood afterwards. 
	&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

Nutrition

<ul style="list-style-type:square">
	<li>For our crew and our artists there is Meatfree Friday&nbsp;at all festivals &ndash; and we encourage visitors to do the same.</li>
	<li>At least one vegetarian dish can be purchased at all food stands, and there is also a large selection of vegan options.</li>
	<li>All of our food products are as regional and seasonal as possible and have the Fairtrade seal.</li>
	<li>We minimize food waste through cooperation with Foodsharing and Die Tafel Wittenberg.</li>
	<li>In the coming year we want to offer more free drinking water points. 
	&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

Energy

<ul style="list-style-type:square">
	<li>Our festival venue Ferropolis already generates electricity from its own photovoltaic system.</li>
	<li>Other energy requirements in Ferropolis are partially covered by certified &Ouml;green electricity. In 2023 we are working on optimizing our power distribution in order to do without diesel generators even more in the future. 
	&nbsp;</li>

Logistics &amp; Resources 

<ul style="list-style-type:square">
	<li>Efficient logistics saves resources. This also applies to our shuttles.</li>
	<li>We are testing the use of electrically powered wheel loaders in a pilot project.</li>
	<li>Our crew comes to Ferropolis via ridesharing and carpooling.</li>
	<li>We use advertising media such as banners for several years to deal with printed matter consciously.</li>
	<li>Our festival merch and crew shirts are made from certified raw materials (Continental certification, Eco-Text Standard). The crew shirts also come from local production in Halle (Saale). We refrain from individually packaging crew shirts and merch items in plastic</li>
	<li>Step by step we are replacing mobile chemical toilets with mobile dry toilets.</li>
	<li>The careful use of resources and the use of products with the Fairtrade/Organic/Blue Angel seal wherever possible are a matter of course for us. 
	&nbsp;</li>

<h2>HOW YOU CAN HELP</h2>

	<li>Respect your fellow human beings and treat each other and our nature fairly so that everyone can have fun at&nbsp;MELT&nbsp;and we can all enjoy our festival location for a long time to come.</li>
	<li>Take care of each other! If you become aware that someone else has been the victim of abusive behavior, do not hesitate to reach out to our awareness team or security and ask for help.</li>
	<li>Arrive by train or bus.</li>
	<li>If you&#39;re coming by car, carpool &ndash; it&#39;s better for the environment, saves money and is more fun.</li>
	<li>Buy camping gear that you want to use long-term and take all your gear home with you.</li>
	<li>Use the rubbish bags provided and take your rubbish to the return stations at the end of the festival.</li>
	<li>Respect our lake and the creatures in it: do not use shampoo or shower gel when swimming in the lake and only apply sunscreen after swimming.</li>
	<li>Wild pee damages soil, plants and animals &ndash; please use the fixed and mobile toilets on site.</li>
	<li>Support us as a volunteer and get exciting insights into the festival organization. This is how you can actively support us in the implementation of sustainability strategies.</li>
	<li>Try our dry composting toilets</li>
	<li>Take part in Meatfree Friday or don&#39;t eat meat at all on the festival weekend.</li>
	<li>In general, only buy as much food and drinks for the campsite as you can use up. Remember that there are plenty of delicious food and drink options both on the festival site and at the campsite.</li>
	<li>Saves water and keeps shower time short.</li>
	<li>Does not use disposable tableware.</li>

<h2>SUSTAINABILITY AT MELT FESTIVAL - FOCUS, OUTLOOK &amp; GOALS</h2>

We are aware that we will always be on the right track when it comes to sustainability, as it is about continuous improvement. Therefore, we would also like to share transparently which topics we would like to work more on in the future. The end of the pandemic was also a new start for us, which we are currently using to create a climate balance for our festival. On this basis, we can derive even more concrete goals and measures for the coming years and better understand our levers for more sustainability.

MELT is for everyone! For many years we have been implementing a concept for accessibility on site in cooperation with the <a href="https://kulth-ev.jimdofree.com/">KulTh e.V. / barrier-free festival</a>. In addition to public stands, access routes and toilets for people with walking disabilities, this naturally also includes a low-barrier camping offer. For your visit at the festival, you need a regular festival ticket in any case. There are no special tickets for visitors with disabilities. If you have a disabled person&#39;s pass with the remark B, you can have an accompanying person with you without any additional charge. An extra ticket for the accompanying person is not necessary, but he/she must be registered in advance via <a href="mailto:info@kulth-ev.de">info@kulth-ev.de</a>. 
Your accompanying person will then receive a free guest list ticket of your category, which he or she must then also activate in order to obtain the access to the festival. For this you must check in together at the guest list!

Dear visitors of the MELT 2023, 
 
After there have been numerous comments in the course of the publication of the day tickets, we would like to address a few words regarding the exact timing of&nbsp;MELT 2023 to you. 
 
First of all: MELT 2023 is not &quot;smaller&quot; or &quot;shorter&quot; than originally planned. You will get MELT the way you are used to it; the way we have been planning it for a year. With almost 150 artists on numerous stages, with music around the clock. But of course we also know that something went wrong in the communication from our side. 
 
Before the pandemic, the festival was regularly held on three days from Friday to Sunday, Thursday often included an additional and paid pre-party. It was basically &quot;1+3&quot; days. This pre-party was included last year, so for the first time MELT was held regularly on four days. We were all happy that the social and cultural life had started again, that finally a bit of normality had returned. It was a great concern for us to celebrate this special occasion with you &ndash; with an additional day. 
 
For 2023, the festival has also been announced for four days: from 08 to 11 June 2023, with the festival officially starting with the first acts&nbsp;on Thursday at 7pm, but the last one ending on Sunday at 4pm. From the first to the last note can be danced through at MELT 2023 without a break, with almost 150 artists, either on the festival grounds, or at the Beach Club, next to the camping area: on a total of four days, without an additional paid event.&nbsp; 
 
But the truth is also that, unlike last year, it is not four evenings that we will spend together, rather &quot;3+1&quot;: Three regular festival days, with a free afterhour party on Sunday, instead of a paid pre-party on Thursday.&nbsp; 
 
However, we should have communicated this aspect more clearly from the beginning, especially the earlier end. We are sorry that this did not happen sufficiently and we would like to apologize for this. At MELT we try to create a unique atmosphere year after year, and we only succeed because you are a big part of it. The accusation of deceiving you or lying to you, which we have been accused of by some people, we firmly reject. Mistakes sometimes happen, however, unfortunately, and here we have made one. 
 
Since we don&#39;t want to cause any further confusion, here again is the exact schedule of MELT 2023: 
The campsite opens on Thursday, 08 June, at 12pm. The first acts will start at&nbsp;7pm&nbsp;on the festival site. From then, it goes on: 150 artists are waiting for you, around the clock, on the festival area or at the Beach Club next to the camping area. 
Our last night together will be from Saturday to Sunday: The festival area will then close at 5am on Sunday morning, followed by the afterhour party at the Beach Club next to the camping area until 4pm. The campsite will close in the evening at 8pm. 
 
We are aware that many of you have already organized your arrival and departure and now have to reschedule. For those who have already booked return tickets for Monday and cannot cancel them, we are offering the opportunity to stay on the campground until Monday morning. Please be aware, however, that there will not be much more besides an empty campground, no shuttles will be running on Monday or anything like that. MELT 2023 - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted on the festival grounds. Adolescents over 16 years of age are allowed to enter the open air event until midnight without being accompanied by a person authorized to act on behalf of the child&#39;s legal guardian or parental authority. After midnight, they must be accompanied by a person authorized to act on behalf of the child&#39;s legal guardian or parental authority. 
A person with parental authority is any person over the age of 18, if he or she performs parental duties permanently or temporarily on the basis of an agreement with the person with parental authority, or if he or she looks after a child or young person in the context of education or youth welfare (&sect; 1 Abs. 1 Nr. 4 JuSchG).

JOBS

We want like to create a festival with you in which we can all celebrate art and community without any form of discriminatory behavior. We want to raise awareness of everyone&#39;s individual limits and ensure that Ferropolis is a place where everyone can feel comfortable. We want us all to be able to enjoy the MELT away from sexism, racism and any form of discrimination and violence and to focus on a shared, self-determined festival experience.

<h3>WHICH WAY TO PANAMA?</h3>

In 2023, we are building on our initiatives from the previous edition: &ldquo;Which way to Panama?&rdquo; will again be the code word with which you can contact any of our employees, straight-forward or discreetly. If you have experienced any boundary-crossing behavior or you feel uncomfortable, you can recognize everyone involved by the pink vests or the pink button with the eye logo. You can find Panama during the opening hours at certain locations (these will be marked on the map) or with our mobile teams on the move on the festival grounds.

If you ask for a Panama, we will take you to a quieter place - to &quot;Panama&quot; - find solutions together and are there for you as long as you need us.

<h3>AWARENESS TEAM</h3>

You can recognize our awareness team by their pink vests &ndash; you can meet them around the clock in Panama or on the festival grounds. If you have any problems or questions, they will be happy to help you and will take care of finding solutions together with you.
