For 25 years, the hottest artists and bands in the world, and with them thousands of music enthusiasts, have come to a small town between Berlin and Leipzig. There, in the shadows of disused coal excavators, on the edge of a lake and in the middle of forests, they celebrate the diversity of music and culture together for four days. Our standard ticket. This gives you access to the festival and camping grounds. The ticket is personalized.&nbsp;

Weekend Ticket [4 Friends]: 
Four standard tickets, for you and three of your friends. This gives you access to the festival and camping grounds. The ticket includes a small discount per ticket, but the sum for all tickets must be paid together. All tickets are personalized. After ordering the tickets, you have to forward the tickets to your friends&#39; DICE accounts. Only when everyone has their ticket in their own DICE account, they will be able to enter the festival!

Weekend Plus: 
The Weekend Plus tickets include the following services: camping and parking at the Weekend Plus campsite; Access to fixed water toilets &amp; showers at the VIP campsite; Access to the shuttle and the exclusive stops, fast lane access to the festival site. More information will follow shortly!

Addon: Parking &amp; Car/Caravan Camping: 
The ticket must be exchanged for a vignette when entering the site or the parking lot! Please use the dropdown below for more information.

There you can choose from the different ticket categories, the addons or our glamping offer.

After the purchase you will receive an email and your ticket will be saved in the DICE app to prevent illegal resale. You can find the App in the&nbsp;<a href="https://apps.apple.com/app/id898358948">App Store</a> or at&nbsp;<a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fm.dice">Google Play</a>. If you download it and log in, you will find your ticket in the app.

Please download the DICE app no later than the first day of the festival, as the tickets will be saved in the app. E-mails, printed tickets (screenshots) or other files will not be accepted at the entrance!

<h2>WHO ARE THE OFFICIAL TICKET PROVIDERS?</h2>

The only official ticket provider is&nbsp;<a href="https://dice.fm/">DICE</a>. Tickets that cannot be found in the DICE app are not valid.

<h2>TICKET PURCHASE THROUGH THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS/TICKET BLACK MARKET</h2>

Never buy tickets via other resale platforms. Only tickets purchased directly via DICE are valid. If the tickets cannot be found in your DICE app, then they are not valid.

<h2>CAN I RETURN MY TICKET?</h2>

Tickets are generally excluded from return.

<h2>HOW CAN I FORWARD MY TICKET TO FRIENDS?</h2>

Tickets can be send to other users&#39; DICE accounts for free. This is especially important if you have purchased the Weekend Ticket [4 Friends], as you will only be able to enter the festival when you have stored your ticket in your personal DICE account. <h2>CAN I SHARE A TICKET WITH FRIENDS? ONE COMES SATURDAY, ONE SUNDAY?</h2>

No, this is not possible. Each ticket is only valid for one person and cannot be shared with others.

<h2>GLAMPING</h2>

We open the gates to the MELT glamping area with the inviting suites and chalets. In addition, you can expect:

	Free parking directly at the accommodation
	</li>

	Chill-out area
	</li>
	<li>
	Free and permanently installed showers &amp; toilets

	IMPORTANT: The festival tickets are not included in the price!

	Deposit 150 EUR will be blocked on the spot by the credit card!

<h2>SUITES</h2>

The suites are approx. 20 square meter tents including beds. These come in various sizes, from 2-4 people per accommodation, and include cots, electricity and mirrors. The suites are located together with the chalets in a separate area of the campsite, which also includes free sanitary facilities, a barbecue station and a 24-hour bar. The shuttles to the campsite are also free.

<h2>CHALET</h2>

The chalets are high-quality lockable huts with two single beds and a raised sleeping area for two people (four people in total). These include electricity and a refrigerator. The chalets and the suites are in a separate area of the campsite, which also includes free sanitary facilities, a barbecue station and a 24-hour bar. The shuttles to the campsite are also free.

<h2>CAR/CARAVAN CAMPING &amp; PARKING</h2>

For all travel information, please find more information <a href="https://www.meltfestival.de/en/info/arrival">here</a>.

If you arrive by car, camper van, mobile home or motorbike, you need a separate <a href="https://dice.fm/event/wgqvp-melt-2023-parking-carcaravan-camping-8th-jun-ferropolis-grfenhainichen-tickets">Car Camping Ticket</a>. This allows you to park on our campsites and pitch your tent right next to your vehicle. Camping is only possible for weekend ticket holders. Please note the different parking &amp; camping areas.&nbsp;

Please note: If you want to be at the campsite with your friends, agree in advance which vehicles you will be using and which campsite is right for you and your vehicle. Driving on the campsites is only permitted once upon arrival, parking is not possible during the festival. When you leave the campsite, the parking vignette loses its validity.

IMPORTANT: When parking at the campsites and using emergency generators, make sure that exhaust pipes are directed towards the paths and not towards your tent or crowds. Our on-site stewards will point this out again and may take action to ensure that this is enforced.

Failure to meet this requirement can lead to exclusion from the festival and the campsites!

<h3>DIVISION OF THE CAMPING &amp; PARK AREAS</h3>

<h3>CAR CAMPING</h3>

This year it is again possible to park your vehicle at the tent.

The respective <a href="https://dice.fm/event/wgqvp-melt-2023-parking-carcaravan-camping-8th-jun-ferropolis-grfenhainichen-tickets">Car Camping Ticket</a>&nbsp;must be exchanged for a vignette when entering the site! The <a href="https://dice.fm/event/65dk3-melt-2023-weekend-tickets-8th-jun-ferropolis-grfenhainichen-tickets">Weekend-Ticket</a>&nbsp;is not included in the price!

Car Camping parking tickets allow access to the camping site with a motorcycle or car with a maximum permissible total weight of 2.8t. It should also be noted that a length of 5.5m is not exceeded. There are designated areas for car camping, so you cannot camp with your car throughout the campsite. So please make arrangements if you want to camp with friends without car camping.&nbsp;On Car camping sites it is possible to camp mixed with caravan camping. It is also possible to set up tents or pavilions there.

Emergency generators are permitted on the campsites! A maximum of 1x 5L canister may be carried per vehicle.

Precise information on the permissible total weight (F.1) and the vehicle length (18) can be found in Part 1 of the registration certificate.

<h3>CARAVAN CAMPING</h3>

Caravan Camping tickets allow access with a vehicle or vehicle with a trailer (cartridge) with a maximum permissible total weight of 3.5t and a maximum length of 8m! Access is only permitted to designated caravan camping areas.&nbsp;On caravan camping sites it is possible to camp mixed with car camping. It is also possible to set up tents or pavilions there.

Approved: trailers with associated towing vehicle, mobile homes, caravans with associated towing vehicle, folding trailers with associated towing vehicle and passenger buses with built-in sleeping accommodations.

Please note that there is no water supply on the caravan site.

For us, sustainability is not a state, but a process. We set out on the path to more sustainability many years ago with the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cO2BURLAgvs" style="color:#000000; text-decoration:underline" target="_blank">MELT ECO</a> initiative because we believe that music and festivals play an important role in social change. At MELT we want to create special moments and bring people together, while at the same time showing attitude and taking responsibility. Our vision is to create experiences that change the world positively and sustainably.

When implementing live experiences, we work in a resource-intensive area that has an impact on the environment and people. Music and culture, on the other hand, are essential to life &ndash; they empower us and can be a mouthpiece for a whole movement. Keeping our ecological footprint as small as possible and at the same time promoting social aspects of sustainability is a central concern of the MELT team.&nbsp;

We are constantly working on critically examining our processes and procedures and improving them with regard to ecological and social responsibility. Whenever possible, we opt for the more sustainable alternative as part of our event planning. We see systemic and financial limitations as challenges that spur us on and can serve as a driver for innovation. MELT should serve as a role model, source of inspiration and creative place - for example through our FAIRopolis Area directly on the camping site. Since 2019, we have created a place there where we raise awareness of various sustainability issues and give NGOs and initiatives a platform.

Our values of openness, passion, respect and responsibility should not only be lived within our team, but also at our festivals. <h2>SUSTAINABILITY - WHAT WE ALREADY IMPLEMENT&nbsp;&nbsp;</h2>

<h3>THE GREEN EURO</h3>

You meet him when you buy your festival ticket &ndash; the &ldquo;Green Euro&rdquo;. It is already included in the price of your ticket: 1 euro is earmarked for sustainability measures. The MELT team doubles this euro again. Half of the resulting budget goes into the development of green infrastructure on the festival site. The second half is donated to an NGO or initiative that the MELT team selects every year. How we spent the money will be made transparent here after the festival.&nbsp;

<h3>CLIMATE COMPENSATION&nbsp;</h3>

All MELT 2022 Green Tickets sold offset a total of 452 tons of CO2-eq &ndash; this is a great achievement that you have been a part of. Thanks very much! We want to work on our ecological footprint again in 2023 and will balance it again.&nbsp;

Sustainability is a holistic topic that not only affects ecological issues, but also social aspects. We keep an eye on both, because: everything is connected.&nbsp;

<h4>Gender equality and diversity&nbsp;</h4>

We love diversity and celebrate diversity in all its facets. We believe in the different strengths that a diverse team brings together. Individual life development and cultural diversity are in the DNA of music and thus also of MELT. Only together and by treating each other with respect can we realize our vision of an open, non-discriminatory space. 
 
Together with our employees, we create a working atmosphere in which we act independently of personal attributes such as age, sexuality, gender identification, origin, appearance and religion. That is why non-discriminatory language is important to us. All employees use an internal guide for this.&nbsp;

At our events, too, we are continuously working on breaking down barriers that often occur at festivals and other live events. The availability of gender-neutral toilets since 2022 is just a small, but in our opinion important example. &nbsp;

We are also working on a more diverse and gender-sensitive program on stage. 	<li>There is strict waste separation on our festival field and behind the scenes</li>
	<li>We also want to establish careful handling of rubbish on the campsite: through trash walks, the Green Camp and our rubbish deposit.</li>
	<li>In order not to waste paper unnecessarily, we have digital ticketing</li>
	<li>Our flows of recyclable materials are tracked at the festival so that they can be better understood afterwards.

	<li>All of our food products are as regional and seasonal as possible and have the Fairtrade seal.</li>
	<li>We minimize food waste through cooperation with Foodsharing and Die Tafel Wittenberg.</li>
	<li>In the coming year we want to offer more free drinking water points.

	<li>Our festival venue Ferropolis already generates electricity from its own photovoltaic system.</li>

Logistics &amp; Resources

	<li>Our festival merch and crew shirts are made from certified raw materials (Continental certification, Eco-Text Standard). The crew shirts also come from local production in Halle (Saale). We refrain from individually packaging crew shirts and merch items in plastic</li>
	<li>Step by step we are replacing mobile chemical toilets with mobile dry toilets.</li>
	<li>The careful use of resources and the use of products with the Fairtrade/Organic/Blue Angel seal wherever possible are a matter of course for us.

	<li>Respect our lake and the creatures in it: do not use shampoo or shower gel when swimming in the lake and only apply sunscreen after swimming.</li>
	<li>Wild pee damages soil, plants and animals &ndash; please use the fixed and mobile toilets on site.</li>
	<li>Support us as a volunteer and get exciting insights into the festival organization. This is how you can actively support us in the implementation of sustainability strategies.</li>

	<li>Take part in Meatfree Friday or don&#39;t eat meat at all on the festival weekend.</li>

We are aware that we will always be on the right track when it comes to sustainability, as it is about continuous improvement. The end of the pandemic was also a new start for us, which we are currently using to create a climate balance for our festival. SUSTAINABILITY

LEGAL

Accessibility is very important for us at Melt Festival. That&#39;s why we cooperate with &#39;Barrierefreies Festival&#39; - a project of KulTh e.V. - who are available for you on site and in advance at any time.

For your visit at the festival, you need a regular festival ticket in any case. There are no special tickets for visitors with disabilities.

If you have a disabled person&#39;s pass with the remark B, you can have an accompanying person with you without any additional charge. An extra ticket for the accompanying person is not necessary, but he/she must be registered in advance via <a href="mailto:info@kulth-ev.de">info@kulth-ev.de</a>.

Your accompanying person will then receive a free guest list ticket of your category, which he or she must then also activate in order to obtain the access to the festival.

For this you must check in together at the guest list!

A separate campground, which is located close to the festival area and can be easily reached by car is waiting for you at MELT. The toilets and showers are also close by. On top of that, we also have a separate check-in, barrier-free toilets and a platform in front of the main stage. You will receive support on site from our team of the project &quot;Barrierefreies Festival&quot;.

At Melt you pay cashless on the whole festival area with a chip on your festival wristband. This not only prevents theft and increases security, but also allows you to get your drink at the bar much faster.
