Our position on data privacy
We take the protection of personal data very seriously and are committed to respecting the privacy of all individuals who use our sites. Use of Google Analytics for internet statistics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, which are text files stored on your computer and help analyse how you use the Melt! Festival website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the Melt! Festival website is typically transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

Use of the Scalable Central Measurement Method
Melt! Festival GmbH & Co. KG uses INFOnline’s “Scalable Central Measurement Method” (SCM) to determine statistical values associated with the use of our offers. Anonymous measured values are collected as part of this process. For the recognition of computer systems, the SCM alternatively uses either a cookie identified as “” or a signature that is generated using various information automatically transmitted by your computer. IP addresses are not stored as part of this process and are only processed in anonymized form. Audience measurement was developed in consideration of data privacy. The goal of audience measurement is to statistically determine user intensity and the number of users of a specific website. Individual users are not identified at any point in time, and your identity is always protected.
