M83: 2012 tour dates ready
Anthony Gonzalez a.k.a. M83 doesn’t perform too often. Yet, when he’s on stage, he’s giving his all. Doesn’t matter if he’s opening for well-known supporters such as Depeche Mode, The Killers or Kings of Leon. The coy songwriter, producer, guitarist, singer and remixer, who was born at the lovely Côte d’Azur no less than 30 years ago, is a master of melody. His dense synth rock escapades are laden with Pink Floyd reminiscence and 90s shoegaze elements.
Luckily, we can announce two more dates for 2012 today. In addition to his performance at the Berlin-based club Gretchen, Gonzalez also pays a visit to Hamburg (22.02.) and Munich (05.03.) to present his double album Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming including the fantastic single “Midnight City”.
