Apparat Band: on tour with new album

Apparat’s „Goodbye“ off the current album The Devil’s Walk rang in the smashing fourth season finale of the US drama series Breaking Bad only three weeks ago. Now the Berlin-based musician presents us his new album on tour.

To record The Devil’s Walk, Sascha Ring a.k.a. Apparat left the cold Berlin winter behind, invited some friends and moved to a beach house in sunny Mexico with them. “I could have come here to Berlin and we could have worked on a record here and it would have ended up being a really depressing record because we always make them during winter, Josh, one of Ring’s friends from Chicago, explains. Instead, they extensively surfed, relaxed and enjoyed the local cuisine. “I guess whatever you’re working on takes on the sound of your surroundings.” The perfect prophylaxis against winter depression, on tour starting October, 28th.
