Melt! Festival Hotel Train
No traffic jams, no heavy luggage, no stress! Melt! Festival Hotel Train brings you to Ferropolis and back. Included are four overnight stays on the train which will stop next to the festival grounds. In cooperation with MiXeryFunTravel.de, we chartered one Euro Express train that will also provide accommodation for you.

            

Departure/Cologne: 15.07.10, around 7pm

/Ferropolis: 16.07.10, Friday morning

Return journey: about one hour after the last headliner gig (around 1am).

Charter your own bus to Melt! Festival. It worked out for Melt!Picknick, so why not try it again for Melt! Festival. Deutsche Bus is providing the opportunity to sign up, gather up to 50 people in order to drive from any destination to Ferropolis. The more you can persuade , the cheaper. Attention to all Melt! goers arriving by train from the South: from 12 July to 1 August, there will be no train traffic between Bitterfeld and Dessau. However, we do have shuttles ready from Dessau, Gräfenhainichen and also Bitterfeld. Only Wittenberg will be without shuttle service this year. Festival goers not only arrive at our “Gigantische Stahlgiganten” by train and car but also by bike! One single enthusiastic cyclist from Hamburg announced her arrival at Ferropolis which we are really looking forward to. Also, Green Music Initiative will be enjoying the fresh air on their way to Melt! All in the spirit of M!Eco, to make Melt! Festival greener, you can join Tour de Melt! The tour will start at Berlin Hauptbahnhof’s track 3 on 15 July at 10a. To avoid city traffic, you will first take a train to Rangsdorf (BVG zone C, departure: 10:26a) before biking to Ferropolis. After 130 km, you will arrive at the festival site by sunset. Find all details and registration info here.



Via Melt!
Shuttle
Cool Tours shuttles you from Berlin Schönefeld, main train station (Hauptbahnhof) and Alexanderplatz directly to Melt! festival. Prices starting at EUR 24! Please check their website for their selection of interesting festival offers.

Car Sharing

A car ride from Berlin will amount to a EUR 3 fee plus EUR 6 gas money for the driver – so a ride to Melt! only amounts to EUR 9.
