You will be able to charge your mobile phone at the festival site (not the camping site). Festivalgoers, who need their phones recharged, can do so at the sun-fueled and pedal-powered Electric Hotel as well as the co2online stand.
Will there be tickets available on location?
One-day tickets won’t be available on location! We also urge you to buy tickets from official ticket shops only. Last year, numerous fake tickets and also ovepriced ticket offers (e.g. on Worldticketshop) were sold and ought to be handled with care. Don’t support illegal ticket sellers by buying overpriced tickets. In this context, we want to point out that, due to security reasons and capacity issues, a valid festival ticket is necessary in order to enter not only the festival site but also the camping area as well. We strongly advise against arriving without a ticket in hand!
Will all camping grounds be fenced areas?
This year, you are only allowed to camp on our camping site with a festival ticket. Therefore our camping sites will be fenced areas.
Will I be able to camp next to my car?
This year, you aren't able to camp next to your car. Area maps of our car park as well as camping sites is available for download in our FAQ section.
Am I allowed to swim in the lake? Where would that be?
You are allowed to swim at Melt! Beach. A map area, in which this swimming area is marked, can be downloaded in our FAQ section.
Are glass bottles allowed on the camping site?
Glass bottles are allowed on our camping site. In our event area, you are only allowed to bring a 1.5 litre tetra pak with non-alcoholic content.
Will I be able to park my car AND my caravan in the same parking area for mobile homes?
Yes, you are allowed to park your car in the same parking are as your caravan. You don't have to move your car to a different spot. Area maps will be posted shortly. A map area with all parking spots can be downloaded under http://www.meltfestival.de/en/faq/

Does it matter if barcodes on print@home tickets are not clearly visible?
It does matter. Make sure that your barcode is printed out properly so that we can scan them properly. If you're not sure your printer did it right, print again! Just in case.
Is it possible to pitch up a tent or BBQ in the caravan parking area?
A special parking area is provided for campers and caravans. Pitching up tents is STRICTLY PROHIBITED there. Open fires are prohibited as well. Like on our camping site, BBQ grills are allowed. No cars are allowed on any camping site. Please follow security orders, otherwise we'll have to forcably move your vehicle. For further info, check out our FAQs.
