Clubber, who know their way around Berlin’s techno scene, surely came across DJ Pete. Maybe you even bought his record at “Hard Wax” or attended one of his legendary 90s techno parties. Someone as rooted in Germany’s Capital as DJ Pete is, of course, prone to let the city influence his techno style. That, however, doesn’t mean he’s averse to other genres. On the contrary: Dubstep & Co. are also part of his sound. “I want to trigger instincts,” Pete says, “in order to open the mind for the new.” Who are we to disagree.
